A heat exchanger is a device that allows two or more fluids at different temperatures to transfer heat from one to another without interfering. In general, the fluids are separated from each other by a heat transfer surface and are prevented from interfering with each other.
The fields of use are very wide. It is widely used in process, petrochemical, power plants, building heating and cooling, air handling plants, cooling, shipbuilding, paper production, wastewater, heat recovery, and other industrial sectors.
Vaporizers (Evaporators) are used with cryogenic tanks to vaporize carbon dioxide (CO2), oxygen (O), nitrogen (N), argon (Ar) and other gaseous fluids transported and stored in liquefied. The ambient temperature meets the required energy and the cryogenic liquid passing through the evaporator evaporates and re-enters the gas phase and becomes consumable.
The evaporators are manufactured by serial and parallel connection of the winged tubes produced from the special extruded aluminum alloy. This type of evaporator, which can provide high heat transfer through the area of interaction with the environment by the wings is sufficient to provide the required gas capacity in many applications.
